Mr. K.K Namboodiri, currently the Chairman & CEO of the Group began his career with Electro Bio Sonics (P) Ltd, a reputed biomedical equipment manufacturing company as Research & Development engineer in the year 1976. During his tenure with various reputed organizations, he gained valuable experience in the field of design engineering, planning, operations and marketing. In 1995, he ventured into real estate focusing on development of villas and apartments and successfully found KRISTAL GROUP, a multi-national, multi-product conglomerate. He is a visionary who started Kristal Group from scratch & he is proud that in 13 years of his career he has turned Kristal Group into a INR 30 billion MNC having base all over South India, Middle East & the United States of America. Now he is in charge of managing International projects. A chairman, who is friendly & easily accessible to everyone, has various schemes to motivate to bring out performance from each & every individual. He believes in corporate governance with Indian traditional values & customs. Though an ardent professional, he too encourages Indian traditional art & culture by sponsoring major events, giving them the required support whenever required.

Mrs. Latha K Namboodiri
Group Managing Director

Mrs. Latha K Namboodiri. Involved in all aspects of running the company, the chairman has been ably assisted since inception of the group by Mrs. Latha K. Namboodiri, who is currently the Managing Director of the Group. She brings in a flair for customer relations and management. Apart from being involved in every project right from start-up stage, financial management is one of her core competency areas. She has been instrumental in introducing various revolutionary steps for the effective control and management of the Group's activities. She is passionately involved in promoting the Group's basic policy of ultimate client satisfaction, resulting in the introduction of several unique features. Some of them include the introduction of developing independent quality auditing and controlling teams, initiating long term free civil support and maintenance schemes, assuring zero escalation in price, start-up of single window services etc. As the Director, directly in charge of Finance & Administration, she was instrumental for the Group's growth which has crossed the INR 30 billion mark. She is bestowed with Pravasi Shreyas award for the year 2006

Mr. Govind M S
CEO & Joint Managing Director

Mr. Govind M .S., a civil engineer and an MBA, has more than 11 years of experience in both technical and management areas. A Director in Kristal Infrastructure Ltd., he has specific responsibility to supervise the Group's technical operations in India and abroad.

Ms. Chithra K Namboodiri
Independent Director

Mrs. Chithra K. Namboodiri who completed her graduation in Engineering is a Director with specific responsibility of promoting the brand image of the Group and driving innovative ideas and new technology.

Mr. Sivadasan K
Director Marketing & Business Promotion

Mr. Sivadasan K, who has over 29 years of professional experience in marketing, sales, Quality & various other fields in India and abroad, had joined Kristal Group in the year 2001. He oversees the Group's business development and administrative operations. He took over marketing of Bangalore in the year 2002 and has played a major role in introducing various new strategies to boost the annual sales turn over from 13 crores to 200 crores in a span of 3 years.

Mr. Badri Narayan
Director- International Operations

Mr. Badri Narayan brings with him decades of experience in the real estate, media and advertising sectors both in India and the Middle-East. His creative business instinct has bolstered the Groups growth initiatives across the globe.

Mr. Basheer Shafeek
Director- Kristal Decor

Mr. Basheer Shafeek. Basically an Electrical and Electronics Engineer with an advanced degree in Business Management from IIM Calcutta, this multi-talented Director even holds US patent. He has brought a whole new world of Professionalism and management capabilities to the field of Kristal Interiors, turning his previous experience and many accomplishments to his advantage.

Mr. Manoj Sreenivasan
Director- Group

Mr. Manoj Sreenivasan A Professional with a Masters in Civil Engineering, Mr. Manoj has 10 years of experience in construction field. He drives the overall Kerala Operations of the Group. His Techno commercial skills along with his team building qualities drives the system and motivates the team to achieve the goals.

Mr. Bijoy D R

Mr. Bijoy D R Professional with a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Bijoy D R has 10 years of experience in construction field. He heads the Qatar Operations of the Group. His meticulous Planning along with his analytical skills helps him to independently handle Qatar Operations
